Senior counsel for the decisions that define value in the life sciences.
Arch and Cross Partners advises boards, leadership teams, and investors in biopharmaceuticals and medtech: corporate strategy, partnering and licensing, M&A, and the executive leadership to carry them through.
The Firm
A partnership built for consequential decisions.
Arch and Cross Partners LLC is a boutique advisory firm serving the life sciences. We work as senior principals only, taking on a limited number of engagements where experience determines outcomes: shaping corporate and portfolio strategy, preparing and executing transactions, and building business development capability where none yet exists.
Our partners have sat on every side of the table, as operators with multibillion-dollar P&L responsibility, as dealmakers on transactions from early-stage licensing to large-scale M&A and divestitures, and as directors and chairmen of public and private companies in the United States and Europe. The partnership itself began at Mallinckrodt, where the two worked side by side on the transactions that reshaped the company. Clients engage us as an extension of their own leadership.
The Record
